Does it cost to park at Flea Land?

No, Flea Land offers free parking to all shoppers. We also have RV parking available for those traveling in campers or RV's, located on the right side of the building.

Am I allowed to bring my animal with me?

Animals are allowed in the market as long as they are in an animal stroller or can be carried. Animals are not allowed to walk through the market on their own whether they are leashed or not.

Is there food available in the market?

Inside the market you can find the Grille which offers fresh breakfast in the mornings and lunch all day. Additionally, there is a snack bar that offers various snacks and sweets.

What payment types are accepted?

All vendors accept cash; however, some vendors do accept cards and digital payments, but it is best to bring cash. We also have an atm on site if you do need cash to make purchases at any time.

Is Flea Land a seasonal market?

No, Flea Land is open year-round, rain or shine, every Saturday and Sunday excluding holidays such as Christmas day and Easter.

Does Flea Land have shopping carts, strollers, wheel chairs, ect. available for use?

Flea Land does not carry shopping carts or strollers. Wheelchairs are available in a very limited amount.

Is Flea Land air conditioned?

Yes, inside the market is cooled/heated to keep customers comfortable while shopping.

How do I rent / reserve a booth?

You can rent / reserve a booth here at the office inside the market, or you can rent / reserve a booth online on our website at www.flealand.com.

How is renting indoors different from renting outdoors?

Our indoor booths are rented by the weekend, meaning both Saturday and Sunday, and vendors are required to be here both days. When renting outdoors, our booths are rented by the day, offering more flexibility for those who do not have the time for a two-day obligation.

Why should I become a vendor?

If you're looking to start a business or already have one, becoming a vendor allows you to gain some extra money at a low cost while doing it in an exciting, vibrant atmosphere.

What are the advantages to renting a space indoors?

Indoor vendors have access to free vendor wifi, access to electrical outlets, climate-controlled facility, and a vendor discount card that gives you a discount on food purchases at the grill.

What are the advantages of renting a space outdoors?

Outdoor spaces offer more flexibility to those who would like to rent by the day instead of a full weekend. Additionally, there are a wide variety of outdoor spaces meaning you have many options to fit your needs.

What am I allowed to sell at the market?

A variety of items are allowed to be sold; however, we prohibit the sale of any merchandise or products that are illegal to sell or possess under any law. This includes all counterfeit products in violation of any patent, trademark or copyright law. This includes, baby food, infant formula, fireworks, alcoholic beverages, crushed or ground incense, petition signings, and any item deemed objectionable. Games of chance are not allowed. Adult and X-rated materials are not allowed. Combustibles are not permitted inside the building at all. The following items require special permission: food or drink items, pets/animals and electric scooters
